My experience with Exhaust Pro has helped to restore my faith that there's still good, honest people in the world! A week prior I had received an estimate for over $3000 to replace the catalytic converter on my car that has 65k miles on it. I decided first to get a second opinion and took it to Goodyear in fern creek. I never said anything except my car was making a weird noise. They replaced the deteriorated tension pulley and serpentine belt. Unfortunately that didn't fix the noise so I took it back and was referred to Exhaust Pro. I drove there and to my amazement, within 20 minutes I was back on the road! He found the clamp that holds the catalytic converter together was loose and making the rattling sound. He welded it back on and charged only half of an hour diagnostic fee and that was it! I'm positive the first place knew what the issue was, but instead of being honest, had intended on ripping me off for more than $3k to unnecessarily replace my catalytic converter. I believe that the entire welcoming staff that work there, really are people just trying to make an honest days wage! My car is running like a brand new once again! I highly recommend Exhaust Pro!

Outer Loop Automotive/Exhaust Pros are Simply The Best !! I highly recommend them for the expertise of exhausts, short to no wait time for service, and the staff is the most helpful,friendly, hospitable. We were on our way to Florida from Michigan for a family emergency on the day after Christmas and the muffler came loose and was barely hanging on. We were 1 state away in the first leg of our trip. Every other place we called in this town was either closed until after the New Year or had no openings to help us, finally one lady said to call this place so we did. I called and explained the situation and circumstances and the receptionist said sure no problem we can get you in right now, we drove there and immediately they got the car in there to repair the muffler. This place was so eager to help us in our time of need, we were in and out of there within less than a 1/2 hour and back on the road to Florida. So grateful and appreciative for their willingness to want to help us, it was impressive!! And the price was more than fair and reasonable. I forgot the place of business that told me to call Outer Loop Automotive (but I did let the receptionist know) and I'm so glad that I called. Both staff that were working were amazing with us and treated us so well, their kindness and willingness to help us is all I needed to write up a good review which I told them I would, but they went above and beyond for us, cant thank them enough !! They are the Exhaust Pro's !!

Ran over something that fell off a truck in front of me on the freeway. I noticed my exhaust system didn't sound the same and brought it in to exhaust pro. I dropped off my Honda on Friday Morning. I needed exhaust and brake work done. These guys at Exhaust Pro went above and beyond to service my car. It is a 1988 Honda accord. I knew it would need some extensive break work from me living in Iowa for about 8 yrs. The winters there are brutal. The guys worked on my car all day. I called around 4 to check on the progress and they had just compleated the brake work. Then they worked on the exhaust. So when I went to pick it up. The gentleman behind the counter said his worker could fix a problem I was having with my bumper. While I waited they took the car back in the garage and lifted it up and fixed the bumper. When I offered to pay the gentleman refused. They fixed the bumper for free. So I see on here that some have not so stellar reviews for Exhaust Pro. Well from the 1st phone call to the dropping off of my car the service was top notch. I will definitely be returning for future service.

100 percent recommend. Had an exhaust pipe break on vacation. They told us $150 over the phone and had us in immediately. Took 20 minutes flat. Best of all, they said it was a cheaper part and was only $125 once we got there. Didn't even have to do that, as we'd already agreed to $150. They're honest folks and I just wish I lived closer so i could give them my business again.

I left a shop off Bishop lane after having an alignment done. I had my breaks fail and what turned out to be a loose hydraulic fitting. Instead of charging me $100's or more and putting in all new lines or any of that nonsense. They refit the fitting and breaklines and I was back on the road for $45 (internal adjustment). These guys know their stuff and they are not out to gouge you. Believe me they had their chance. No they charge what it takes. Since then I've had a few other items done. All fair priced and quality work. Better than Valvoline and I've never waited as long I have when I've went there.

These guys are great. I went to two or three different muffler shops got very high price quotes and delays about when they could get it done even though when I called them they said no appointment needed come on in. Exhaust pro did a great job. I recently bought a gigantic Dodge truck that was the loudest truck you may have ever heard. Exhaust pro fixed it up for me in about an hour and a half and now you could hear a pin drop inside my truck. I must admit I spent a little more than I wanted to, but that was because I needed a catalytic converter and they were professional enough not to break the law ( even though I tried to convince them to do a cash deal with no receipt).... They would not even work on my car without doing it properly. I am very very happy With the end result and it was worth the extra money. Thanks you guys.

From initial phone call to picking up repaired vehicle, customer service was rock solid. An exceptionally friendly staff made for a very comfortable environment in the shop itself. Personally, the staff gave me a strong sense of nothing but honestly and good intensions. I can't recommend enough.

Probably the best visit I've ever had at an automotive repair shop. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with kindness, I told them what the problem was and 30-40 minutes later I was driving my much quieter Camry home. With my lack of knowledge about cars, I was nervous on my way there, however the whole experience quickly took that anxiety away and with a price that was very affordable.
